Superstar Rajinikanth returns to the big screen with Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Following its theatrical release and a decent opening, the film has sparked interest with a major hint about the possibility of a third installment.
The ending of Jailer 2 reportedly sets the stage for Jailer 3, introducing actor Vijay Sethupathi in a negative role. His entry has raised expectations among fans, although the makers have not yet revealed details about the upcoming film's storyline or production schedule.
Apart from Rajinikanth, Jailer 2 features Hrithik Roshan, Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff and Shiva Rajkumar in significant roles. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for the film, which is produced by Sun Pictures.
