Suriya Eyes Hat-Trick Of Hits With Upcoming Film Scene

Tamil actor Suriya is enjoying a successful year at the box office, having scored two consecutive hits with Karuppu and Vishwanath and Sons. The actor is now gearing up for his next release, Scene, hoping to continue his winning streak with a third success.

Directed by RJ Balaji, Karuppu hit theatres in May and received a positive response from audiences. The mass-action entertainer marked a successful outing for Suriya. He followed it up with Venky Atluri's Vishwanath and Sons, which also performed well at the box office. The family drama, centred on relationships and emotions, further strengthened the actor's successful run.

Suriya is now looking to extend this momentum with Scene, directed by Jithu Madhavan, who is known for the Malayalam film Aavesham. The actor will reportedly play a police officer named DSP Inbaraj. Going by the glimpse released by the makers, his character appears to have several action-packed moments.

Nazriya Nazim plays the female lead, while Naslen will be seen in a key role. Sushin Shyam is composing the music for the film.

Scene is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 6, coinciding with the Diwali festive season. With two successful films already behind him this year, Suriya's fans are eagerly looking forward to his next outing. If Scene also performs well at the box office, the actor will complete a hat-trick of hits this year.
