The Telugu film industry is gearing up for a busy Diwali season, with several dubbed films set to hit theatres. Ramayana will release on November 5, while Mahashakti, Scene and Nanna Kutti are scheduled to arrive in Telugu on November 6. Among the direct Telugu releases, Hatha, produced by Kiran Abbavaram, is set to reach theatres during the festive season.

Interestingly, Mahashakti, the Tamil film starring Nayanthara, is also arriving during Diwali. Nayanthara recently played Yash's sister in the film Toxic, and her upcoming release will now compete at the box office during the same festive period. However, Mahashakti will arrive a day after Ramayana, on November 6.

Directed by Sundar C, Mahashakti features Nayanthara alongside Regina Cassandra, Duniya Vijay, Yogi Babu and Ajay Ghosh in key roles. While Dil Raju is distributing Ramayana, Mythri Movie Makers will release Mahashakti in Telugu.

Apart from Ramayana and Mahashakti, Suriya's Tamil film Scene will also arrive in Telugu theatres on November 6. Directed by Malayalam filmmaker Jithu Madhavan, the action comedy stars Nazriya Nazim as the female lead. Suriya's production banner, 2D Entertainment, is backing the project.

Vijay Antony's Tamil film Nanna Kutti is also scheduled for a Telugu release on the same day. This means audiences can expect one Hindi dubbed film and three Tamil dubbed films in Telugu theatres this Diwali.

For now, Hatha, produced by Kiran Abbavaram, is the only confirmed direct Telugu film mentioned in the Diwali lineup. Directed by Anush Gorak, the film features Rehman, Kushlu, Tanuja Puttaswamy and Namritha MV in key roles.

It remains to be seen whether more films will join the festive release schedule in the coming days.
