Dhanush and Mammootty's upcoming action drama Om is gearing up for a theatrical release on November 20, 2026. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, who shot to fame with Amaran, the film has already generated considerable buzz, with its promotional content receiving a positive response.
The makers had earlier announced that Om would be released in two parts. However, director Rajkumar Periasamy has now clarified that the two instalments will have no connection to each other. He revealed that the story will reach its conclusion in the first part itself.
The filmmaker also clarified that Om is not a bilingual film. However, he believes audiences in both Tamil and Telugu will experience it as a straight film in their respective languages.
Sai Pallavi and Sreeleela play important roles in the film. Wunderbar Films and RTake Studios are jointly producing the project, while music sensation Sai Abhyankkar is composing the soundtrack.
